The size of the main display is 1.65 inches and its resolution is 390 x 312 pixels.
Apple has not changed the band sizes, meaning that the 38-mm bands fit the 40-mm variant and vice versa.

Also, the bands for the 42-mm and 44-mm cases are interchangeable. However, the "Solo Loops" without a clasp, introduced in 2020, are not suitable for the Series 3, even though they technically fit the case, because the first-generation heart sensor does not reliably detect when the watch is taken off with these bands.
